SYNDICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for submitting your request to us! Please note that access to this site is limited to those bona fide members of the press whom we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

While qualification is reviewed, please make note of our resale policy.

All requests should be submitted in writing to the Syndication Department, and should include the following information:

Name of your Publication, Circulation, Country, Photographer, Celebrity name or reference number of image you are requesting, Detailed description of use and slated publication date.

We require that you obtain publicist / model clearance in order to reprint any of our images. While we are happy to assist you in contacting the subject’s publicist or agent, you must gain their permission before we can release high resolution files.

We require a written copy of the subject’s approval before we can release the images. Please make note that WE DO NOT KEEP RELEASES ON FILE!

Additionally, each individual photographer that we represent retains the right to deny any sale for any reason whatsoever.

Prior to our releasing the images, you will be required to execute our standard Photographic License Agreement. No images will be released until this agreement has been signed by the appropriate officer of your company.

All of the images on our site are generally available for publication & we believe that both the photographer and the subject desire to have them published. However, some have varying embargo periods in different territories. We apologize in advance if we are occasionally unable to accommodate your requests.

Publication fees are quoted upon request. Additional charges for FTP service, files on CD, and/or prints may apply and will be quoted upon request.

All fees and additional charges will be invoiced. All invoices are Net 30 Days. Interest shall accrue on overdue invoices at the rate of 1.5% per month, but in no event in excess of the maximum legal rate of interest permitted to be charged under law, as well as all collection and/or litigation costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

We reserve the right to request payment in advance for fees and additional charges, if you do not have satisfactory credit history with us.

Images are not available for personal use.

The photographers retain all worldwide copyrights of their photographs.
